Msgora operates as a multi-tenant Business CRM & ERP platform. When you register a business tenant account, we collect company contact details (company name, business email, telephone), tenant administrator credentials, and user profile information required to deliver CRM and ERP services.
All tenant workspace data (including employees, customer leads, attendance logs, tasks, and AI chatbot conversations) is strictly isolated using database tenant scoping. Data in transit is secured using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
If a tenant's trial or paid subscription expires, workspace data remains safely preserved in a read-only paused state during the configured retention period (default 7–30 days). If the plan is not renewed or upgraded within this retention window, all tenant records are permanently auto-purged from the database.
